Pastor – Chris Shelton – Pastor Chris came to Oak City in July of 2006. He is married to Missy and together they have 6 kids. (Kristin, Jessie, Curtis, Jackie, Katie and Caleb) Pastor Chris is made of a unique cloth. Some might say that he has a pinch of the old with a dash of the new, which gives him a heart for all the generations of the church. Pastor Chris has a heart for the local church and has a strong desire to see the local church become everything that God intended it to really be. Music – Lynn Crisp – Lynn has a heart and a history full of music. Lynn has set a musical tone not only inside the church but many places outside the walls. Lynn taught music in the schools and is still a major voice in the arts community. Lynn leads up our music department in a variety of ways. From the adult choir to youth music, Lynn is always coming up with new ways to be creative in the musical areas of our worship in the church.
